His dam bred by Sheikh Maktoum at Gainsborough, is a winner herself for international owner Jaber Abdullah and trainer Mick Channon. Her damline has produced Gr 1 winner after Gr 1 winner and the incredible TB sire Comet Shine XX who is the sire of Olympic and WEG horse Courageous Comet XX.
Dam is by the legendary Daylami XX out of an Unfuwain XX /Blushing Groom XX mare who was a listed winner herself and sister to multiple Group winners. This is this mare's first foal bred for sport - her other offspring are winning money on the flat and over jumps, with her eldest now starting a new career with a 4* international event rider.
Hickstead White is the only licenced son of the great Olympic Champion Hickstead, in Germany. He is only a 9yo, now jumping GP with Shane Dwan and already has several licenced sons, which has resulted in wide commercial interest. His progeny are now in strong demand across Europe, making high five-figure prices at auction and being awarded as champion foals. His eldest are only 5 and are winning age classes in strong competition. Hickstead White’s dam is the superb World Cup mare Queentina (Coupe de Coeur x Quidam’s Rubin) who is still active at the top of the sport.
This colt is very correct and has an exceptional temperament- learning quickly. He is intelligent and quick off the ground - jumps for fun.
