We are a private, family run stud and we are very passionate about our horses and the foals that we breed. With over 40 years experience, our passion turned towards specialising in breeding quality sport horses in 1994. We primarily breed Event horses and World class bred Show Jumpers, but horses bred by us have also gone on to have successful careers in Showing and Dressage.
Over the years, we have carefully chosen all of our mares to develop a strong mare herd capable of producing top quality horses. The mare’s own outlook is so influential in a foal’s early development and we believe it is extremely important to carefully match each individual mare with an appropriate proven, graded stallion so that they compliment each other. We use stallions, including Olympians, in the three disciplines of Show Jumping, Eventing and Dressage.
All our horses foal at home. Individual, sensible handling from birth is essential to the development of a mannerly young horse with a sensible outlook on life. We aim to give them all the best possible start in life. We follow a meticulous programme of care where they receive the very best of veterinary care, feeding and are all fully wormed, vaccinated and have the farrier regularly. Horses bred by us have gone to new homes all over the UK and in Europe.
We strive to produce sound, versatile, athletic young horses with kind characters, capable of competing successfully at the highest level of competition.
