Pipistrelle (Pipi) is a 16.2hh, 6 years, Arab X Warmblood who is registered with the Arab Horse Society.

 

She is out of the exciting son of Primitive Rising, eventing stallion Persiflage. Persiflage is an elegant Anglo Arab stallion with the impressive and fluent movement of his famous sire and with the grace and agility of his dam’s family (from which the famous eventer Tamarillo also springs). Persiflage is a keen and agile jumper, competing at Advanced level.

 

Pipstrelles dam, Estrilda from the Biddesdon Stud in Hampshire is by the infamous jumping stallion VDL Emilion, who has proved to be one of World’s best jumper producers.

 

The combination of Anglo Arab blood and the pure power of Emillion has proved to be a fantastic cross in this truely modern, young event horse.

 

Professionally produced, to give her the best start in life, Pip is based with event rider Charlotte Armstrong in Monmouthshire. She has competed BS and unafilliated dressage, and has been XC schooling proving to be bold and showing great aptitude to the work. 

 

A dream to work with, Pip is fantastic to manage on the ground, a pleasure to have on the yard and is beautifully mannered under saddle. She has been ridden by a 14 year old girl which truely is testament to her genuine, kind attitude and willingness to work.

 

A pleasure to pruduce, this mare is mature beyond her years and is sure to be a fantastic asset to her future rider, whether that be an accomplished eventer, a keen amateur, or even a young rider.
