Peanut is a little pocket rocket but would not be a novice ride. He has all the scope in the world, the nippiness of a pony and a horses stride so has the potential to be mega. He has so far competed up to 1.05 with many placings. He’s super careful and any poles down have generally been jockey error. Qualified for BN second rounds and has winnings of £213 for 2019.

He hunted last season jumping everything from timber to hedges. He also completed the Cotswold Intermediate Team Chase.
He also goes beautifully on the flat and has won at Prelim unaffiliated dressage with 70% qualifying for Hickstead.
He’s super easy on the ground. Great to shoe, box, clip etc.
He’s great to hack out in company and brilliant in traffic but doesn’t hack on his own.
Not surprising with his breeding and talent he is also very capable of throwing in extra moves occasionally and can buck and rear. He’s a cheeky pony at heart and needs keeping on the straight and narrow so would take advantage if allowed.
With a more capable jockey I think he could be amazing but he would not be suitable for a less experienced jockey.
His quirks are reflected in his price.
