Bella is a very sweet mare I purchased a year ago and have brought on from practically nothing into a talented allrounder. She has done with me some jumping, hacking alone and with others, a charity ride with xc jumps and some dressage. I will also be hopefully taking her hunting as well when the season starts, depending on her fitness. She appears to love her jumping, and has the ability to jump high and fast. Bella is good to hack amongst traffic and bicycles etc, although when she is hacking alone she will call alot near her stable.
Bella has the potential to really excel as a jumper or eventer.
I am selling her as I feel I have brought her on as far as my time will allow - I have a young daughter and also work during the week. Last year I bought her as a rescue, and despite her bad start in life she is incredibly sweet and nice to ride. She is a bit head-shy and really dislikes sudden movements and raised hands around her head, however if you are gentle then getting a bridle / fly mask on etc is no hassle.
She is good to with the farrier (always been barefoot with me), good to clip, good to wash, good to tack up, gentle in the field, good with the vet, good to load, but does need sedation for the dentist due to the rasping sound etc in her mouth.
No novice or learner riders. Ideal owner will be someone with time to bring her on further and love her, and with a kind and gentle personality. This mare was barely able to be schooled and was frightened of people 12 months ago - she has come so, so far and it would be a tragedy if she was to go to someone with a harsh personality or unable to continue her education.
