Experienced 16.2hh 12 yo TB chestnut gelding.Drifter has been owned by the same owner since he was 3yo, She has produced him entirely herself. He is beautifully schooled and does all the tricks, including flying changes. He is responsive and rideable on the flat and can teach someone so much in terms of riding movements and in the test.He has a fantastic attitude and doesn't get tight or tense, and very polite. He is a true gent. The judges love him and he rarely scores above 30 at novice eventing level.Drifter is a careful show jumper. Although he has his own technique he is super careful and rarely touches a pole. He will help out any rider and will give everything. He would easily compete at BD and BSJA.Although Drifter has had lots of mileage in eventing at novice level, the decision has been made that he is more suited to a dressage, show jumping/ hack/ fun rides and team chasing kind of home.He would be a fantastic for someone wishing to learn more on with a more experienced horse. He will be great for clinics and for someone to have alot of fun with.It has been a very hard decision but the owner's passion is in eventing and to be fair to him he would prefer posh trotting and jumping coloured poles.A lovely long term 5* home is priority.
