After competing in the World Champioships as a 6 year old Leprince was sold to Germany where he won the German Championships, the World Cup and competed in 8 4* events finishing 11th at Badminton, 7th at Burghley and 4th at Pau. He finished his beast season ranked number 3 in the world!By the british bred Yarlands Summersong, himself an Olympian with Pascale Duroy. Summersong has spent the last five years in the world top ten ranking for eventing sires, along with HIS father Fleetwater Opposition, also the father of Opposition Buzz. The mother of Leprince has also had one other four star offspring, and she is by a son of the great Olympian Galoubet A, the sire of Olympic Champion and triple World Cup Champion Baloubet du Rouet.
