Sierra is an easy ride, responds well to rider, schools nice and easy, loves to work, good for hacking on the roads.
She has jumped cross country & competed in hunter trials. Participating in local show jumping league and hunter trials.
Hacks out on busy and quiet roads, under rail way bridges, on the beach and into ocean.
Sierra just finished her 4th season hunting with our local packs(Blazers, Grallagh Harriers, East Clare Farmers, North Galway). She has jumped ditches, drains, banks, stone walls, hedges. Very brave horse that loves to work. Hunted by visiting American clients, teenage riders, and some nervous nellies.
Has been used as a hireling for trekking & hunters. Perfect 1st flight horse.
Sierra loves to work and the more you work with her the more amazing she gets.
She has taken me from nervously jumping 80cms to blazing around a 1.2m course last summer. She loves hunting, beach rides, show jumping and cross country.
Can be hacked out alone or in company, can be left off work for weeks and rides the same.
She is ridden on very busy city roads so well used to heavy traffic etc.
Sierra has competed at Open Class Interschools competitions(2019) with 14yr old rider. Part of the winning team at Galway Equestrian Centre, and qualified for individual National Interschools Finals.
